Month-of Coordination

Celebration day-of coordination is an essential service for who has planned everything and require help on their special day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The stress-free of guests enjoying a beautiful and good celebration will be seamless with Above Vision Events. We will assist in creating and thinking all details one month in advance of your event.

What are the payment methods?

Cash is accepted for payment; check payments are welcome if received 10 days or more before your event.

What type of vehicles you provide?

  • When can rentals be picked up?

    Rentals can be deliver the day before the event or the day of (other than Sundays). We are not open on Sunday so all rentals must be in by 4pm on Monday or a fee will be charged for extra days.

    Where do you service in the US?

    We proudly serve south Florida from Miami to Palm Beach county areas. Including; Aventura, Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Delray Beach, Miami / South Beach, Parkland, Sunny Isles, Sunrise. If it’s in South Florida We Do!

    What happens if the event is canceled?

    We require a minimum of 21 days notice to cancel your order. If you do it within that period a 20% fee will be applied to contract. If you cancel after the order has been loaded or delivered, a 50 % restock fee plus delivery will be applied to your contract.

    What type of transportation you provide?

    We provide “Charter Passengers Group Transportation” in South Florida. That Includes: Corporate Transportation, Leisure Transportation, Faith-Based Ministries Transportation, Professional & Collegial Team Transportation, Tours & Sightseeing Transportation and Wedding Transportation.
